Located in the burgeoning NOMA neighborhood, Union Place is a mixed use residential building with several landscape amenities. The project provides a public courtyard, a unique streetscape, as well as landscape amenity spaces for residents. The streetscape and public spaces capture the industrial urban spirit of the transitioning NOMA neighborhood, drawing people to the public courtyard through a passageway on K Street. The courtyard is lushly planted and includes a fire/water feature, a series of greenwalls and various alcoves. The rooftop amenity space includes outdoor seating under the shade of canopy trees as well as an infinity pool with a generous deck that affords views to the Capitol. This project will be constructed in phases over the next two years.
